1. How do I track my order?

A confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent after the order is processed and prepared for shipment.
Please check both inbox and spam folders for an email with tracking information. If you don’t receive the email with tracking number within 5 business days of placing the order, you can contact us at info@aethermed.kr

2. How much is the import tax?

Import tax fee depends on the customer’s country laws on importing. Local customs offices can provide the potential fees eligible for your order. These import tax fees should be taken care of by the customers themselves. We and our logistics provider take no responsibility for import tax fees or seized goods.

3. How is the toxin delivered?

For toxin products, please request a polystyrene box and ice packs separately.
If no separate request is made, the product may be shipped without them.

Even if the ice packs melt during delivery, the packaging is well sealed, so the internal temperature is maintained below 8°C, which is an acceptable temperature for approximately two weeks.

During the summer months, the package may arrive relatively warm despite proper packaging; however, the product remains effective and safe to use.
Nevertheless, we strongly recommend refrigerating the product immediately upon receipt.

4. What is the estimated shipping date?

After the product is shipped, it typically takes approximately one week (business days) to reach customers’ delivery addresses worldwide.
However, delivery may be delayed due to flight schedules or customs processing.

If a shipping company other than EMS is selected, the delivery time may vary.

In addition, for remote areas such as islands or mountainous regions, delivery times may depend on the local logistics company’s schedule.

5. What if the package gets stuck at customs?

If the product is delayed at customs, we will assist you in verifying the information with the logistics company. If the delay is due to customs duties or taxes, the recipient must pay the applicable fees for the product to be cleared
